This gallery shows windows, doors, conservatories and roof glazing we have fitted for homeowners and businesses in Clerkenwell and the EC1 area. Each photo is from one of our own jobs, so you can judge the finish, the sightlines and how the new frames sit in the brickwork before you choose a style.
Use the categories to compare frame materials side by side. uPVC, aluminium and timber-effect frames look very different on a Victorian terrace, a 1930s semi or a modern flat, and seeing finished work is often the quickest way to decide.
What to look for in the photos
- Sightlines: slimmer frames let in more daylight. Compare flush casement windows with standard casements.
- Period details: on older homes, look at the glazing bars, horns and run-through sashes on our sash windows.
- Colours and finishes: woodgrain foils, anthracite grey and dual colours (one colour outside, white inside) all appear in the gallery.
- Door hardware: handles, letterplates and multi-point locks on our composite doors and bifold doors.
- Making good: the plaster, trims and sealant lines around each frame show how carefully the opening was finished.
