What our customers say
Verified reviews from Clerkenwell homeowners. Read more and leave your own on our Google Business Profile.
We publish reviews as they are left, good and bad. Star ratings shown on Google are collected and verified by Google, not by us.
How we collect reviews
After every job, once the frames are fitted and the paperwork is with you, we send a short message asking you to leave a review on our Google Business Profile. We ask every customer, not only the ones we expect to be happy. We do not offer discounts, gifts or prize draws in return for a review.
Why we do not edit or select them
A page of hand-picked praise tells you very little. You learn far more from a full set of reviews, including the occasional complaint and how we responded to it. So we do not edit, shorten or filter what customers write, and we do not remove reviews we would rather not see. Google collects and checks the reviews, and the ratings shown are Google's, not ours.
How to leave a review
If we have worked for you, we would value your feedback:
- Open our Google Business Profile using the link above.
- Choose the option to write a review and sign in with a Google account.
- Pick a star rating and describe the work we did, how the survey and fitting went, and anything we could have done better.
Mentioning the product, such as windows, doors or a conservatory, helps other people in Clerkenwell find reviews that match their own plans.
If something went wrong
Please contact us first. Most problems after fitting, such as a sticking handle, a door that needs adjusting or a gap in the sealant, can be put right on a short return visit. Tell us what has happened, send a photo if you can, and we will arrange a time to come back.
If you are not satisfied with our response, our formal complaints route is set out in our terms and conditions. You are still free to leave a review at any point, and we will reply to it publicly.
